Support numbers of Agent seat from 5 to 50 seats. Distribute calls to active agents with various strategy with feature of Automatic Call Distribution (ACD). Supervisors are able to monitor and manage calls via their Supervisor Console. The organization is able to real-time monitor by Wallboard. The system comes with Buit-in CRM which helps storing and displaying the customers’ information while they are calling.
